It should content cause for which the charity is needed and specific amount of charity. Being clear about the amount and time period for making a charity will help you to get the required help as soon as possible. At the end of the letter don’t forget to thank him so that he will look forward to help you. The receiver’s name and address along with the organization’s proof is equally important.
