Charity to enhance the fire equipments

The fire department looks out for charity to enhance the fire equipments. The fire equipments which are old enough need to be changed for the betterment of the fire department need a good amount of funds. Thus the letter is written to help them raise funds to help them enhance the fire extinguishing equipments.

Dear Friends and all present here,
You all very well know that the Fire Proof department of our locality works hard for our security and safety. It’s been almost ten years in this profession where most of us remain the same and we have been serving this area since that long.
Our department requires a lot of revenue for the maintenance of the equipments. Some of them are maintained by a few grants and the rest remain the same. With the growing technology we have felt that lately our fire fighting equipments have become outdated. We need to change a few of them and the rest require a good replacement or a major maintenance. It is our thorough request to please contribute to help you serve better. We accept cash, cheque’s or DD’s in favor of our company.
