These kinds of letters encourage the students who work for charity. Parents helping to raise money for this kind of charity provide a good support to their children to work on welfare of needy.

Dear All,
This is to let you all know about the campaign started by our entire management and our students on raising funds for homeless. We as a management are creating awareness amongst the parents of our students and all the members who are connected to our college directly or indirectly. This campaign won’t be a success without your support and we would like all of you all to raise funds for this campaign in some ways or the other.
Our college has successfully completed fifteen years and is looking forward to complete such successful years. We as a management are planning to inform each and every link of ours and raise funds for these orphans. Once this campaign will be over we will have a small get together in interest of these homeless. We will send you the details once the program is prearranged.
