Thus through issuing this credit deletion letter the authorized personality from respective lender is informing the receiver about deletion of his or her credit outstanding payments.

This letter is with reference to pervious recovering bills letters send to your by the bank for making payment for your outstanding amount.  Today with heartiest gratitude and humanity we are informing you about the committee’s decision in your favor. The management committee of our bank has taken up a decision fro settlement of very old and small outstanding payments. Hence you are one of our customers who has not made payment of rupees 1000 since two years have passed away. Thus the management committee has been very kind and generous for you to inform that this amount is been getting deleted from our outstanding bill payments report. But we want to request you that if you want to enhance or grow your credit rating so please pay all your bills on or before the due dates.  With this respect we hope to have good and proper accounting transaction of yours with our bank.
