I am writing this letter to show my gratitude to you, my team of ever loyal employees during my tenure with the company. It has been ten years since I joined the company, and it is thanks to your dedication over the past six years that the company has gone from strength to strength, making it the success it has become.
As I am now, with some sadness, departing from the company, I can rest assured that I am leaving it in the very capable hands of yourselves, and that it will continue to flourish and prosper. I hope that you will continue with your hard efforts on my departure. my email is bcmahon@hatmail.com, my cell phone no. remains the same. Please do not hesitate to contact me regarding an company issues to which you feel I could be of assistance.
Best regards,
