Apology letter to passenger due to strike


The Management of Philippine Airlines extends its sincerest apologies to all passengers inconvenienced by the recent September wildcat strikes staged by the ground crew union at the NAIA terminal 2.

Philippine Airlines volunteers (administrative staff and ground crew union members who did not join the work stoppage) were immediately mobilized to replace the striking workers in an effort to resume operations.
