I, Jude Timberlake, am a final year B Com student in your esteemed institution. I am writing this letter to seek your authorization for organising a dancing talent hunt event at the college during the first two weeks of the forthcoming month. The details of this event have been
enclosed along with this letter. The event is scheduled keeping this fact in mind that the term end examination shall be culminating by the last week of this month and students shall be having some spare time in which they can explore their creative side in dancing field.
The event is aimed at invoking some relaxation among the students and persuading them to take their dancing skills to further higher levels.
