A pleasant day to you. I was very grateful to know that even though you have a busy schedule, you still accepted my invitation to come and have a medical camp in our town. Thank you very much for accepting my invitation. You are kind that you still want to have a small lecture about personal hygiene and health and nutrition. Your help to our program is so much respected.
I just want to tell you the event is happening on August 15, 2010 at 10 in the morning. Our first activity is the medical camp that starts from 10 up to 12 in the morning and followed by the lecture regarding the personal hygiene and health and nutrition.
