Credit letters are issued by the bank as a grantee and assurance of genuine and honesty of purchasing as well as selling party. Whatever may be terms and conditions mentioned in the credit letter should be agreed by the selling as well purchasing party. The bank plays the mediator between the selling and purchasing party through issuing credit letter.

One of my child hood friends he wanted to start up his own enterprise of tools and machinery. But he is facing lack of capital to start such small enterprise.
